Back by popular demand, the Advanced Volleyball League is where serious players level up. Look at local high school and club rosters and you’ll see one thing in common: they’re packed with UPONTOP Volleyball Academy athletes.
If you want to improve your game and truly get better, this is your league.

What Is the Advanced League?

10 weeks of high-level volleyball training

Coached by club volleyball coaches

2 practices per week
-
2 hours per practice (4 hours of training weekly)

4 weekend tournaments to showcase the skills you’ve built

Each player receives a numbered uniform jersey for tournaments and/or practices
This league is a big step above recreational play and is designed to prepare athletes for:

Middle school tryouts

High school tryouts
