Recreational League Volleyball

Intended for the novice to intermediate players. Rec Volleyball is fun and exciting to any athlete wanting to learn.

Program Options

We run two separate Recreational League options so families can choose what fits their schedule:

  • Tuesday/Friday League

  • Saturday Only League

Both leagues play in the same tournaments.

  • Location

    UPONTOP Volleyball Academy Gym is in St. Lucie West, near I-95 and close to the Mets baseball stadium.

    • Mid-season tournament

    • End-of-season tournament

    • Juniors play on Saturdays

    • Teens play on Sundays

    • Uniform shirt is typically issued at second practice

    We still offer a 50% down / 50% later payment plan.

Saturday Only League: Practice and game every Saturday session except week 1.

Friend Requests & Schedule Preferences

Want to be placed on the same team as a friend?

  • List your friend request at registration and do it early.

  • The league is popular and sells out quickly; late requests are harder to accommodate.

  • No promises, but they do their best when they know ahead of time.

Some Juniors/Teens teams may choose an additional Saturday or Sunday practice.

If you do not want Saturday or Sunday practices and prefer Tuesdays only, note that clearly during registration.
